Airship Coffee Company was born from a simple conviction: that exceptional coffee deserves exceptional attention. Located in the heart of downtown Bentonville, we are more than a coffee shop — we are a destination for those who appreciate the craft behind every cup.
Our beans are sourced directly from trusted farms across the global coffee belt, roasted in small batches to reveal their unique character. Every pour-over, every espresso, every pastry is prepared with the care and precision that our community has come to expect.

Cup
Every bag of Airship Coffee begins its journey at a farm — often one we visit personally. We build relationships with growers who share our commitment to sustainable, quality-focused practices.
Back in our Bentonville roastery, we roast in small 12-kilogram batches on our vintage Probat. This allows us to develop each origin's unique flavor profile with precision, from light and fruity to dark and chocolatey.
Direct Trade Sourcing
We work directly with farmers, paying premiums above fair trade rates to ensure quality and sustainability.
Small Batch Roasting
Twelve kilograms per batch on our restored Probat ensures consistency and allows us to celebrate each origin's character.
Roasted In-House Daily
Freshness matters. We roast every morning so you receive coffee at its peak — typically within 5–10 days of roast date.
